What happens to my deposit when I close the service?
Your deposit is fully refundable when you close the service and return the CCTV equipment to DJT Security in good condition. The only exception is the 1-year package which requires no deposit at all.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our pricing is completely transparent. All charges include GST and there are no hidden fees. The monthly service charge covers monitoring, maintenance, and support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Contact our support team and we will help you transition to a different plan that better suits your needs.
What is included in the monthly service charge?
The monthly service charge of ₹3,000 includes real-time monitoring, regular maintenance, technical support, and on-call assistance. All charges include GST.
Do you serve areas outside Anand?
