Terms of Service

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DJT Security.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

DJT Security provides the following security services:

• CCTV installation and monitoring
• Physical security personnel
• Event security services
• Corporate security solutions
• Residential security services
• Security consultations and risk assessments

Specific services, terms, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements between DJT Security and the client.

3.1 Contract Formation

A binding service agreement is formed when:

• You submit a service request or accept our quote
• Both parties sign a written service agreement
• You make the required initial payment or deposit

3.2 Service Duration

Service agreements are available in the following durations:

• Monthly (rolling contract)
• 3-month fixed term
• 6-month fixed term
• 12-month fixed term

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Deposits

Refundable security deposits may be required for equipment installation. Deposits will be refunded upon service termination and equipment return in good condition.

4.3 Payment Schedule

Monthly service charges are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4.4 Late Payment

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

Unless otherwise specified in a purchase agreement:

• All CCTV cameras, recording equipment, and related hardware remain the property of DJT Security
• Clients are responsible for the care and security of installed equipment during the service period
• Damage, loss, or theft of equipment may result in charges based on replacement cost
• Equipment must be returned to DJT Security upon service termination

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information during service setup
• Allow reasonable access to premises for installation, maintenance, and equipment retrieval
• Ensure electrical power supply is available for equipment operation
• Not tamper with, modify, or relocate installed equipment without authorization
• Report equipment malfunctions or security incidents promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding surveillance and security
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials and monitoring systems

7.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services by providing:

• 30 days written notice for monthly contracts
• Completion of the contracted term for fixed-term agreements
• Payment of any early termination fees as specified in the service agreement

7.2 Termination by DJT Security

We may terminate services immediately if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Client violates these Terms or service agreement
• Client engages in illegal activities
• Equipment is damaged or tampered with

7.3 Upon Termination

Upon service termination, all equipment must be returned within 7 days. Deposits will be refunded after equipment inspection, minus any applicable charges for damage or outstanding payments.

While we strive to provide the highest quality security services, please note:

• DJT Security provides security deterrence and monitoring services but cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents
• We are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from criminal activities, equipment failure, power outages, or acts of God
• Our liability is limited to the service fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We maintain professional indemnity insurance and recommend clients maintain their own insurance coverage

Emergency Response: While we provide 24/7 monitoring, response times may vary based on location, traffic, and circumstances. Always contact local police for immediate emergencies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJT Security, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services or equipment
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Unauthorized access to monitored areas by third parties

All content on our website and in our materials, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of DJT Security and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our proprietary systems

In the event of any dispute:

1. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
2. If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation
3. Legal action may only be pursued after exhausting these options
